Cancellation Policy

At Pichwai Artist, we value our customers and their satisfaction. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellation requests will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will move into the processing stage and cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

Since all our products are handcrafted and custom-made, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• The product you received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
• Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product by sending an email with order ID, photos, and reason for return.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Products that have been used, customized, or altered are not eligible for refund.
• No refund or cancellation will be accepted once the artwork is approved and shipped.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
